This food truck may have a compact menu, but every item bursts with authentic Vietnamese flavor. The salads, Banh Mi, and daily specials are spot-on — fresh, balanced, and deeply true to the roots. We came to this food truck for the first time to try the banh mi, but unfortunately we arrived late and they were sold out! In the end, we ordered the chicken kara age and we loved it ☺️ The staff was lovely, the service was very fast, everything was perfect! We will come back if possible another time to try the rest of the menu!! (We didn't dare ask, but adding a little chili would have been even better ;) )

Après un road trip d'un mois au Vietnam, j'étais content de retrouver les saveurs de mon voyage en France ! Les banh mi sont très fidèles à ceux qu'on retrouve au Vietnam, tout en étant bien plus copieux grâce aux baguettes françaises. En plus de la cuisine, l'accueil et la bonne humeur sont aussi irréprochables !

After a month-long road trip through Vietnam, I was happy to rediscover the flavors of my trip to France! The banh mi are very similar to those found in Vietnam, but much more filling thanks to the French baguettes. In addition to the food, the welcome and good humor are also impeccable!

Ob man vor Ort essen kann oder mitnehmen muss ist natürlich sehr wetterabhängig, wir waren am 4. März hier und konnten uns draußen hinsetzen. Es gibt keine riesengroße Auswahl, sondern nur ein paar Spezialitäten, aber die sind wirklich gut. Es gibt viele Stammkunden, wenn ich länger hier wäre, würde ich auch wieder kommen.Traduction
The good reviews are justified; the food is truly very good. However, this isn't a Vietnamese restaurant as Google claims, but rather a food truck with a few tables and chairs in front. Whether you can eat in or takeout depends, of course, on the weather. We were here on March 4th and were able to sit outside. There isn't a huge selection, just a few specialties, but they're really good. There are many regulars; if I were here longer, I would come back.

Une super découverte ! Ce food truck vietnamien est au top : service rapide, accueil chaleureux, et surtout une cuisine délicieuse et pleine de saveurs. Tout est frais et bien préparé, on sent la passion derrière chaque assiette. Un vrai plaisir à chaque passage. Je recommande à 100 % !
